This page explains what information ADE may collect, how it is used, and how deal information is treated.

Information You Provide

ADE users may provide account and contact information, billing-related information, deal information, uploaded documents, company financial data, notes, memo inputs, and reviewed-deal request details.

Deal materials can be sensitive. Only upload information you are authorized to use in ADE.

How ADE Uses Data

We use data to provide ADE analysis, saved deal records, document parsing, lender memo outputs, billing, support, account administration, and the reviewed-deal workflow.

We may also use operational data to maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and understand how the service is used.

Deal Data

ADE does not sell user deal data. We do not sell uploaded CIMs, deal records, company financial data, or analysis outputs.

If you request an ADE Reviewed Deal, the information connected to that request may be reviewed by people working with or for Acquisition Analytics so they can perform the service.

Third-Party Services

ADE uses third-party services to operate the product. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Discord for internal reviewed-deal notifications, and future email providers for account or workflow messages.

Those providers process information as needed to provide their services to ADE. We do not control every aspect of their systems, but we choose vendors that are appropriate for the product.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect ADE data, but no online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

We keep information as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve ADE.

Questions

If you have a privacy question or need help with account data, contact Acquisition Analytics through the support channel provided in the product or on the website.
