Refund Policy

ADE uses a mix of software credits, subscription access, and human review work. Refunds depend on whether the purchase has been used or work has started.

Single Deal Screen

Single Deal Screen purchases are generally non-refundable once the credit has been used or a deal analysis has been saved.

If you bought a screen by mistake and have not used it, contact us and we will review the situation reasonably.

Founding Searcher Plan

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel future billing, but cancellation does not normally refund the current period.

If there is a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us so we can review it.

ADE Reviewed Deal

ADE Reviewed Deal purchases are refundable only if review work has not started. Once review work begins, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

If the request cannot be completed for a reason caused by ADE, we will work with you on a reasonable resolution, which may include a refund or credit.

How To Ask

Send the account email, purchase type, date, and a short explanation through the available support channel. We may need time to verify usage and payment status.

This policy is intended to be fair to customers while protecting the company from refund requests after software credits or human review work have already been used.
