Terms of Use

Acquisition Decision Engine, or ADE, is decision-support software operated by Acquisition Analytics, LLC. ADE helps users organize deal information, run pre-LOI acquisition screens, pressure-test lender reality, save analyses, and generate related outputs.

ADE does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, financial, valuation, or business advice. Outputs are informational and preliminary.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens through your account.

Do not use ADE for someone else without permission, and do not upload information you are not allowed to use or share.

Paid access, credits, subscriptions, and Expert Review services are billed through our payment provider. You are responsible for charges you authorize.

Subscription users may cancel future billing according to the checkout and account tools available at the time. Prices, packages, and features may change as Acquisition Analytics updates the service.

ADE Pro includes three occupied user seats under the base subscription. A team invitation remains pending and does not become an occupied or billable seat until the invited user accepts the invitation and ADE's current legal terms. Each occupied seat above three is billed as an additional recurring seat charge at the price shown when the seat is added, which is currently $49 per user per month. Adding or removing seats during a billing period may result in prorated charges or credits through our payment provider.

The Founding Searcher price remains available only while the subscriber remains continuously subscribed to the Founding Searcher plan. If a Founding Searcher subscriber leaves that plan, including by upgrading to ADE Pro, the Founding Searcher rate is permanently surrendered and cannot later be reinstated through a downgrade. A later downgrade from ADE Pro will move the account to the then-current Standard Searcher Plan price, which is currently $79 per month, subject to any pricing changes disclosed at that time.

Do not misuse ADE, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the software, scrape the service, or use ADE for unlawful activity.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized materials. Do not use ADE to make automated decisions about third parties without proper review and compliance.

Public URL import only attempts to fetch public page text when available. If a listing site blocks server-side access, use information you are authorized to copy and paste instead.

Visible page text import uses text intentionally pasted by the user. ADE does not store third-party usernames, passwords, cookies, MFA tokens, or private site sessions to access deal pages.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted text before parsing, scoring, or relying on ADE outputs.

You are responsible for your own diligence, judgment, advisors, and transaction decisions. ADE does not guarantee financing, acquisition success, lender approval, investment returns, or deal performance.

Before making acquisition, financing, tax, legal, or accounting decisions, work with qualified professional advisors.

ADE is provided as a software and decision-support service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Acquisition Analytics is not responsible for losses from business decisions, failed transactions, financing outcomes, data you enter, third-party services, or reliance on preliminary outputs.

If a limitation cannot be fully enforced, liability will be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.
